Free hotel accommodation?
If you have chosen free hotel accommodation, you will receive a voucher that is valid for six months from the date of issue. All vouchers apply for one night's accommodation in either a single or a double room, including breakfast. Please call the hotel directly or contact the Steigenberger Tourism Service to make your hotel reservation. When making the reservation we kindly ask you to indicate that you will be exchanging an Award World voucher for the accommodation, and please remember to present the voucher at check-in.
The reservation may possibly not be accepted at certain seasonal dates, at Christmas or at Easter and during exhibition periods. In such cases, please ask the hotel for alternative dates.
